Refund policy

At FreezeFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your instant cooling microfiber towel, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please read our policy below for more details.

Returns
1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
2. Condition: Products must be placed back in their original packaging.
3. Process:
   - Contact our customer service team at info@freezefit.me to initiate a return.
   - Provide your order number and reason for return.
   - We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on returning your item.

Refunds
1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Damages and Issues
1. Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
2. Process:
   - Contact our customer service team at info@freezefit.me with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
   - We will review your case and, if approved, provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
   - Upon receiving the damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Certain items such as gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
